Is it time to have a ball and get toned? 

Have you been craving an intense workout that will challenge your entire body?

Booty bands or loop bands are one of the smallest props with the biggest punch.

The exercise ball is always a good idea.  Pairing them together for a 25 minute routine will help you blast away these midwinter blues

If you don’t have a band you can always tie up an old pair of leggings to substitute. I did get the ball on Amazon and it is an inexpensive way to bring high caliber fitness to your living room.

We will start with a balance warm up and then head into a ton of ab work and booty moves that will burn you in the right places

If you’ve been following my channels- you know I love lunges…. they are one of the most effective compound moves you can do at home. 

We will get creative to keep you on your toes with side lunges and twisted variations that will target your arms legs obliques abs and help you with balance and coordination.

If you need to open your heart a bit then check out the bridge series! 

This will really strengthen your back as you open any tension in your shoulders.  Be warned its an advanced move so please use discretion.

Expect lots of core moves ghat will target your abs from the inside out.
