The Pilates Magic Circle sure is my favorite tool for home workouts!

This prop was invented by Joseph Pilates and was originally the metal seam from a wine barrel. 

Who knew that drinking wine would lead to an exercise tool!

Judging from my Youtube views, it is my most popular prop, and with good reason.  While a reformer will cost you 3000 bucks or more, you can buy one of these for 20 or so on Amazon.

This intermediate to advanced level Pilates Ring workout will target and tone your whole core- expect lots of abs! 

We will target the obliques which are the muscles on the sides of your waist.

Your hips and butt and legs will be worked in a variety of creative ways.
