Advanced Wunda Chair Pilates Workout

The last Wunda Chair workout I did here on the blog got a huge response and I’ve gotten quite a few requests for a new one

I based this workout on a Harley Quinn Instagram post I did a few weeks back

This intense flow of advanced moves will challenge your balance strength and coordination as you tone legs, thighs, butt, hips, calves, obliques, shoulders back and abs

The sturdy design and the heavy spring load of the Wunda Chair allow me to feel safe as I flow through the sequences.

If you do not feel as safe- use a wall or stand a foam roller up for balance assistance- or use a housemate as a spotter 

Studios in NYC have yet to open post lockdown in NYC and I cdrtainly cannot fit a reformer in my apartment! Joeseph H pilates actually invented the chair to fit in tiny NYC flats!

there are many different models out there at many different price points - this workout may work on all of them- just modify to suit your chairs capabilities and your fitness levels
