Ready to feel some fire in your core & upper body?

This 10 minute no equipment workout will do just that.

There’s a little bit of everything in this quick workout- strength cardio and flexibility! 

If you have more time you can do these moves twice for double the burn

After some mobility upper body moves, we’ll Down Dog and Plank away. These are staples for core and arm strength. 

You don’t need ANY equipment to do this workout - maybe just your mat…

We’ll also be doing reverse planks to tone your back and open your chest. 

Reverse planks rally strengthen your entire core hips and backs.  When done correctly they will also help two improve your posture

These are such a challenge for me!

But it’s a great way to keep your back and front sides strong and flexible.

There will be plies and kicks which will raise your heart rate and tone just about everything! 

The workout is mostly upper body but your legs might just feel a shake or two…
