Every year in January I throw on my brightest outfit and a unicorn horn to start the year right and tight with you.

Unicorns make everything more magical- and the Magic Circle is your best bet to make your home Pilates practice fun and effective.

Join me for a lower body and oblique burn that will target your sides legs hips and butt with the Pilates ring.  You may have a love hate relationship with this Pilates prop, but it’s one of the most viewed exercise props on both my YouTube and Instagram channels

Today’s workout is all about getting you back into the swing of things-

It’s an intermediated paced workout and we’ll flow into some favorites that will strengthen and lengthen your body and leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

Remember- you control the intensity! 

You can make the moves more challenging by squeezing the ring more or lessen the intensity by keeping the tension loose.  Be mindful of your form and feel free to leave any moves out that cause pain and comment below if you have a question about a move!
