The darkest nights produce the brightest stars…

And what better way to kick off the 2020 edition than with an ode to a constellation in the sky!

Plus, it’s a scientifically proven fact that adding wings makes anything better- just ask birds, planes, or Red Bull!

Before we get into today’s Abs Butt Hips & Shoulders Routine with the Magic Circle-

Here are some Fun Facts about Pegasus:

  • The constellation is one of the oldest known. It can be seen here in the US now in the autumn and late summer.  If you are below the equator- check for him in late winter and spring

  • In Greek mythology Pegasus was born when Pursues killed Medusa with a shield and winged sandal.  (Never think you’re wasting money on shoes- you may smack a monster with em and wind up with a winged beast)

  • Pegasus can only be controlled with a golden brittle- which was gifted to Bellerophon- who prayed to Athena for the ability to tame this mythic beast!

There is nothing tame about this workout- and perhaps Pegaus was normally shown as an all white beast.

But I went full rainbow neon- and you can bet a golden brittle I kept the unicorn horn:)

Todays workout will feature side lying and side planking moves that target obliques, abs, butt, hips, thighs, legs, shoulders, core and hips

This year I am running #HalloweeenFITFun a bit different- I started my YouTube channel after the loss of two dear friends from cancer.  On Monday - I lost another.

Silver Lucy was a huge inspiration and dear friend to me, and succumbed to Ovarian Cancer this week.  Her sparkly designs have been featured across my channels for years and I will never forget her warm smile, or her kind soul

Each week as  I release a Halloween FIT Fun vid, I will call for donations to a 501c charity in honor of one of my colorful and creative friends.

I have chosen OCRA Hope this week. See the video below for some facts about Ovarian cancer, and watch me pike away in one of Silver’s designs.

She will be dearly missed;(
