Brooklyn Roof Workout

If your hips are tight and your core needs just a little more- grab a mat and join on in!

This 20 minute workout will mobilize your hips with a series of strengthening and stretching movements targeting hips butt thighs and legs. 

Well be doing a lot in mermaid or 90 90 position- feel free to prop yourself up on a block or pillow to modify

I recently moved and I was so excited to have roof access- I hope you enjoy the sunset views. Please be patient I’ll have to figure out the best audio solution, it does get windy at timers….

After out hip stretch session we’ll go into a diamond ab Pilates flow that will target abs obliques and butt

These Pilates moves will lengthen and tone you in a safe and low impact way. 

As always leave anything out that doesn’t feel right!
