This program will help tone your muscles and alleviate tension- total body wellness strengthening and stretching. Plus it can decrease pain by improving posture core strength and joint health.  These quick workouts incorporate intensity to be prepared to sweat.   Lets get on a plan to get you moving and working on your optimal health.

Each video is follow along- meaning I will do each move, exercise, stretch and pulse with you.

  • Light Set of Dumbbells (use two bottles of water or soup cans )

  • Loop Band

  • Yoga Mat
