Videos will be posted the night before below…It's about progress NOT Perfection.  We aim to establish a lifelong fitness HABIT, and have FUN doing it.  It's about creating a healthy routine and learning proper exercise techniques.

Tips For The Challenge

  • Drink 8 -10 glasses of water and aim for at least 7 hours sleep

  • Get in 10,000 steps per day- walk or do one of my hiit series from here if you need to make up steps

  • Eat more plants- aim to get 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in

  • Listen to your body as there will be some advanced progressions.  Never push past pain! Leave out an exercise that hurt- you can always skip ahead or modify. 

  • If you miss a day- never beat yourself up about it, you can also swap out Sunday with that days workout. Some weeks will be easier than others.

  • Book workout times in your calendar on your smartphone NOW and set an alarm a few minutes before your start time.
