 Spring Fashion Preview COVID 19 Edition

and Total Body Quarantine Home Workout

Featuring the best things to wear as we live in self isolation.

And workouts using your Covid-19 essentials- Toilet Paper, Sanitizing Wipes & Rubbing Alcohol

Whether you feel like being Pretty in Pink or  couching in camouflage-  this Fashion Preview has something for everyone.   

I’ll admit the dresses are tiny and I know consistent workouts helps me feel way more confident. 

Today were not just matching our outfits up with accessories-

We’re matching these dresses up to the areas the dress shows off

Femme Luxe Refinery offered me another opportunity to collaborate- right as the black hearted Covid19 started to ravage NYC. 

I decided to go with a pink theme.  

I thought we could all use a bit of Cotton Candy esque playfulness as the spring flowers blossom up around us.

I had the pleasure of being introduced to Empire Street Style though Shannon Lee, a make up artist and entrepreneur.  Her and her partner Guerby founded this ethical street wear brand and its ethically sourced made in New York. 

Their motto is Do Better Live Better and Dress Better- who doesn’t want that?

Their joggers are super soft and comfy. They great to go from mat to your home office in a snap.  Just change the shirt and you can attend any Zoom meeting as you WFH 

Festivals and large scale events around the world haven’t been cancelled- they’ve been moved to a virtual event space. 

The good news is - you still have a reason to dress up and feel confident. We are entering a new realm that uses technology to connect us.  I actually have had a few dates online- and dresses are always a go to for a date!

1. Strapless Dress Arms

Shoulders and arms are on fleek in these feminine and bold number.

I chose a super toning shoulder move that you’ll need some dumbbells for….

No dumbbells? No problem- gran bottles of water or cans of soup.

2. Tiny Mini Dress Thigh Workout

This ultra girlie lace number really shows off the thighs- enough so to warrant TWO Workouts!

One will target outer thighs and one will work on the inside.

If you stocked up on TP- you’re in luck - use it to target the thighs today.

No TP? No problem! Grab a pillow to complete these moves.

For inner thighs grab sanitizing wipes!

No- don’t wipe yourself down with them! Try them for the inner thigh moves or grab a small pillow or yoga block if your local stores have sold out

It’s hard to say when I started to love Pink. 

I was a little girl that loved Barbie in the 80 era of neon pink & Lisa frank

Then a teen with bags of floral print dresses from Domsey’s

in the 00’s it was Mean Girls & now its Millenial Pink & Rose Gold- it certainly has added a rose tinted hue to my life.

3. BodyCon Dress & Cleavage & Abs

This sparkly BodyCon dress dips low down your torso. I may not be big chested but it’s all about standing tall- and having a good routine that targets your mid section & chest.

These moves will be great if you need to firm or boost your tata area.

You’ll just need light weights…

4. BodyCon Dress Booty

This super svelte dress will glitter up your whole body but it specifically shows off that behind!

Grab two bottles of your favorite germ tackilng rubbing alcohol.

Out of alcohol?

Just use weights or cans of soup!

Did you know the the color pink is the color of self love? 

Pink represents friendship,  inner peace, and it makes you look more sweet and approachable.

5. Corset Abs Workout

A corset is meant to cinch in your waist-

but when it’s mesh- you’ll need some classic Pilates to help streamline this look right

No equipment needed for this one- just get down on your mat:)

If you want a full body workout- try all the videos in a row for one circuit. To intensify it- do them all for 2-3 rounds.
