Pilates with Band- Unicorn Edition

12 minute Workout

“Unicorns can’t fly. I can’t fly. Therefore I am a unicorn.”

Fly you will- and no not like a pegasus- more like a flying plank monster…

When it come to working your core butt and arms at home- Pilates is just the unicorn you’re looking for.

It’s the final workout in this Holiday Unicorn Pilates spectacular. 

I love being a unicorn and more so than that- I love teaching you Unicorn Pilates all year long- thank you for tuning in and making Pilates more fun colorful and flowing with me!

This thick elastic band is awesome to help you target and tone your bottom, hips, shoulders, arms abs and obliques. 

These bands are latex free so if you have any allergies grab one of these and get your workout on without any rubber reactions;)

Some of these moves will be slow and controlled and some will be cardio focused to help strengthen your heart too.

The band will add more intensity and if you don’t have a band- just tie up an old pair of leggings and try them out in your living room, on the road or wherever your holiday travels take you.

This will be my last full length workout of 2019- lets smash this and make it a December to remember- unicorn style
