Pre Post Natal Training

Following the guidelines set by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and your doctor, Jessi will help you :

  • Gain the strength and stamina required for labor and delivery,

  • Alleviate pregnancy aches and pains

  • Improve your mood and sleep patterns

  • Reduce tension, anxiety and fatigue

  • Increase your muscle tone and energy levels.

Using Pilates techniques we can reconnect to the abdominals in a safe and effectively and strengthen the arms, back, and hip stabilizers helping to returns your body to its pre-pregnancy state.

Jessi has extensive experience with expectant and new mothers.  She has been certifed in both pre natal firness and pilates and is always learning new ways to repair diastis recti, weak pelvic floor muscles and aching backs.
