🍫-1 TBSP Trader Joe's mixed Nut Butter
💚1 TBSP Chia seeds
🍐1 Asian Pear
🌱1/4 cup almond milk
🌱1 cup fresh blueberries
🌱1/2 frozen banana
🌱1 TBSP honey
🌱1 package Trader Joe's Acai
Do NOT overdo the milk or you'll just have a smoothie. I had to go through three blend cycles since I didn't want to add liquid.....
